I got a quiet and compact room with private bathroom. The bed was comfortable, I also had a mini-bar, central heating, and an electronic key card. Its location in the historical centre was particularly good. There was Les crepes fantastique nearby to grab something to eat.

The hotel itself is a beautifully restored palace with stunning original features. Our Paragon suite was exquisitely designed with unique artwork on the ceilings and a relaxing sunken bath. The location is perfect for exploring Ostuni and the surrounding area. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were always helpful. We can't wait to return and maybe try out the spa next time. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The bed was very firm and uncomfortable, which made it difficult for us to sleep. Finally, the fact that we were asked to pay extra for parking upon arrival took away from the initial wow factor of the hotel.
